We are a team of three software development students who have experienced the challenges of job hunting firsthand. Searching across multiple job boards, tailoring applications for every position, and keeping track of the entire process quickly became overwhelming. We realized there wasn't a single platform that brought everything together in one place.
That's how Iisihaku was created.
Our platform aggregates job listings from multiple sources while providing AI-powered tools to create CVs and cover letters. Our goal is to help job seekers save time, simplify the application process, and make job searching a smoother experience.
We believe technology should reduce the stress of job searching, not add to it. That's why we continuously improve Iisihaku based on user feedback, building a platform that genuinely serves the needs of job seekers.
This is just the beginning. Our vision is to build Finland's most user-centered job search platform, one that makes hiring and job searching easier for job seekers, employers, and recruiters alike.
